To ensure that our customers are getting a fair shake, our license agreement does not allow anyone to distribute our software for-profit without our prior written consent. We want the people who are distributing our software to always have the latest versions, and we want to make sure our customers aren't being gouged.Anyone wishing to distribute our software -- whether on a CD-ROM, as a PD/shareware collection, etc. -- must be approved by Ambrosia Software, Inc. and must agree to our distribution agreement before they can distribute any of our software.
If you notice someone distributing our software who is not on our distribution list, please let us know so we can rectify the situation.
Note: We recently revised our distribution agreement, so if you had a prior agreement with Ambrosia, you'll need to re-apply before you will appear on our approved list.
