Ok, here are the results, along with the redlogs, cars used and poll positions, since I reversed them:

Race 11:
RIC, p3, Vectra
SeeFlat, p2, S60
NoNameBrand, p1, RX-8

Race 12:
Chris, p2 - Porsche 909
RIC. p1 - Radical
NoNameBrand, p3 - Radical

Redlogs

Race 11 was much better than race 12 in terms of closeness. We all led for bits (some more than others). I got hung up on the wall on the last turn of lap 4, and the game couldn't decide whether to rescue me or not for ą30s, so that was it for me.

It's a shame (and somewhat annoying), that more people didn't show up. If we'd done it a week ago we would've had four people for each race. Joe Chip appears completely MIA.

Gentlemen,
I will not be available this weekend, I'm leaving tomorrow and will be back on Wednesday the 27th. We have 3 weekends to do this so I hope it's not a problem.
Anytime aside from those dates is fine with me.
Thank you NoNameBrand.

I'm flying to India on March 9th but any day after 1900 UTC is okay with me. Let's hope Mr. Flappy-Paddle-Gear-Change-Boy can get up early enough for that... wink.gif

Sunday March the 9th 1800 UTC would be just perfect for me.

OK then... guess not for that date. Lucky you Chris, I was in India 12 years ago and still have very fond memories.
The only other practical day I have is Sunday 2nd (1800UTC is best) but was hoping for later because I am really busy and wont have time to get nearly enough practice in.

I think I can do the 9th--what about sat the 8th? I'd prefer that.

Though the 10th would be perfect.

Impossible for me, I am working from 1800UTC to about 0006 UTC the next morning (long showcall)
same schedule on the 1st.

March 2nd 1800UTC still good for me.

MacGreg, can you play from Berlin?

Otherwise we're going to have to pick a weekend when not everyone is free.

RIC is free after 27th
Chris is free before 9th
SeeFlat is free on the 2nd or the 9th
MacGreg is free after the 4th

I'm not sure how we'll accommodate everyone.

I'll dip my toe in the water and say I'd banked on missing one session during the season, so it can be this one. This leaves you with the 9th by the looks of things.

Maybe you could join another session if they're running earlier? or Seeflat join a group that's running on the 9th, so that we could run on the 8th?

Rather improbable. But if there is no other day, I would do my best to join.

Lets draw straws. smile.gif

seems to be a toss between Greg, Chris and I. You guys can do it on the 8th and I really cant. And we could all do it on the 2nd but MacGreg really cant. Who can slide and dice this......
I feel like being as nice as Chris and say do it without me,.... but this session would be more fun for me then the last one...
I hated corniche / snow tracks and I love Panorama. boo hoo...

any brilliant ideas anyone?

I can't stand Wildhill with those cars, and Corniche was my favourite so far (chugging up a hill in a Golf GTI with a posse of Alfa Tractors in hot pursuit!). With such opposing views as these me and SF would never be free the same day!!

Objectively, we should pick a date that allows the most number of people to race, but someone else (Session Leader!) can work that out - I've been doing hard sums all morning and my brain's a bit hurty...

I've sent Joe Chip a private message asking him to chime in. His availability might sway things. As it stands now, we'll have to split the session up, so that any one person only misses one race.

Since MacGreg has already missed some races, my inclination is to have SeeFlat and Chris each miss a race, so that we'll race Panorama on Saturday the 8th and Whitehill on Sunday the 9th.

I'd rather SF had his moment in the sun(set) on Panorama - to be honest I'm not too great on either of them... sad.gif

So is anyone slicing and dicing this time slot enigma?

I have no clue if we are coming to a conclusion as to when, and who is racing. Im free 1 / 2 / 9

I'm not sure if joe chip replied, but he was last seen the 26th. I sent him a pm as well.

If it helps in the decision making process: You are required to do race 11 and 12 in this session. There is no mention in the rules that they should be done in numerical order...

Dear gentlemen,

just decide the race date without taking too much in account my availability. I have missed some races, I am not the greatest driver, the win is for more talented ones... ;-)

So, whatever you decide will be fine for me. Letīs have all the fun we can and thatīs just it.

Thanks for posting something Greg. smile.gif

OK... this is the situation, I can't decide to quit so, let's vote or SOMETHING hehe

1. Panorama and Whitehill on the 2nd: MacGreg misses 2 races
2. Whitehill on the 8th : See Flat misses 1 race
3. Panorama on the 9th: Chris misses 1 race
4. Both Panorama and Whitehill on the 9th: Chris misses 2 races
