Video games make me happy when I play them, becaue I'm distracted from my problems, but when I stop playing it's worse.

Whenever I am sick I constantly play video games because it gets my mind off of everything. It also stimulates the brain in some way. I used to have iron-deffinciancy and I had to go to a children's cancer place and they had tests on kids after they played video games.

Video games tend to relax me. Too bad I usually don't have much time to play.

some medical institutions are exploring on the benefits of video games on kids especially, and not only for depression but with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) as well. there is actually a game station in contact with patients, and it's much cheaper than the normal treatment programs for this kind of disorder. well, i hope that really works so as to eradicate the myth that gaming is bad for the health. wink.gif
