I need to be able to set selection area and then take a snap, move to the next page and take another snap (using snapz pro obviously). Is there a way of doing this? Currently I have to skip out of snapz pro increment the page and then bring snapz pro up again.

I don't know of any way to automate the process I'm afraid. Once you've set your options, and if the selected area is the same for each capture, you can invoke SP X, then press the 1, 2 or 3 key to select the Screen, Objects or Selection tool, then press return to capture the image.
