My Mac OS X boot partition has been tight for space. So I used Carbon Copy Cloner to replicate this partition on an external drive, repartitioned the internal drive, and used CCC to restore the boot partition.

When I restarted from the restored drive, Snapz Pro X announced it was running in demo mode. When I registered with the number I had, the registration tool announced it needed to refresh my registration. That went smoothly, and Snapz seems happy.

Since then, Snapz has twice announced it's running in demo mode, once right after restarting and again just a few minutes ago (one day after restarting). Each time, I enter the new registration code and Snapz is happy ... for a while.

I've been running various releases for Snapz Pro X for three years and never encountered this problem before.

Hello-
Sorry for your troubles. Once the code has been entered, it shouldn't have to be entered again.

First go to your Users/your_username/Library/Preferences folder and remove the Snapz Pro X License file you find there. Then go to your Hard Drive/Library/Preferences and remove the SP X License file that may be there (only if you chose to register all users on this machine when entering the license code).

Then go to your Applications folder and open the Snapz Pro X folder. Double click on the Register Snapz Pro X application, click the right arrow, and select Enter License Code. Then enter your license information.

If you still have a problem, please contact me at help@AmbrosiaSW.com
