I was very excited about Easy Envelope until I tried to print a letter in Text Edit. Oh, I'm uding a Mac Mini duo core Intel 10.4.7 and a Samsung ML 2010 printer. Anyway, when I printed my letter, it was orientated across the length of the page instead of the width. I reconfigured the page orientation in both Easy Envelope and print settings to no avail. I deleted EE from Dashboard, seached out the plist and trashed it, emptied the trash, and still printed sideways. Moving on to more drastic measures, I uninstalled the printer driver. The report said that there were some files that could not be erased because they were shared with other apps. One was in the computer library, and the other was my Text Edit file. I trashed those and emptied it again. Finally after reinstalling the driver and retyping the letter things were back to normal. Let me know when an updated version of EE is available and I will try it again.

Are you certain you weren't just printing in Landscape mode in the Page Setup?

Most of the time printing has to be oriented in Landscape mode for printers to print on envelopes. If you keep it in landscape mode, the pages will indeed be printed across the long side of the paper.
