Wow, I feel so old, being in the 200,000s.

I stopped playing KoL a few months ago. I tried logging in again recently but my account had been deleted. Nothing impressive, though -- one ascension, one million meat. I know people have played this game for ages without getting bored, but for me the excitement only lasted until midway through the first ascension.

By first do you mean you never beat the Naughty sorc. or that you only beat her once? C'mon you gotta love the references/bad jokes.

First ascension = ascended once, i.e. beat the Naughty Sorceress.

I did enjoy the references, bad jokes, and other miscellany the game had to offer. It was fun for a while, but with a lot of things, 'a while' doesn't last that long.

I'm threephin on KoL, and I've been pissing away turns on the stupid witch so much that I've lost interest. I heard something about stats having to be even, so I'm currently working on that.

Can and did, even managed to get a NPZR head.


Dressing up as a furry and getting a Ghost Pickle tends to help with that fight.

That's all very special, but I'm not sure that's at all something the Kingdom of Loathing folks want you doing, whether or not it is legal, and finally, there is absolutely no way to prove that your 'method' is not simply for gathering the account information of other users.

Those are my three characters. I've ascended a few times, but that tends to be something I put off for a bit because of the tedious nature of pre-ascention activites. I farm for a few weeks when I'm able to start the NS quest.

Bartuf the Strongest (#277054), Assended 9 times. Now working on my plexiglass set, but don't play nearly as much as I used to.
And for the sorceress having the Disco bandit skill that lets you use 2 items a turn in combat is great.

It's strange; this is the only free MMO that I play on a regular basis (if you can call it an MMO). I've tried other games, but the allure always seems to fade away after a few weeks or months. I'm currently a level 11 Seal Clubber on my second HC run, a run boosted by the Summon Candy Hearts skill.

Hey, can I ask anyone who is reading a small favor? There is a new joke familiar (the O. A. F) in the game, but I can't get it because I'm in Hardcore again. I'll trade 100K of meat and 200 wads for it after I beat the NS.
