Receiving notices of other people's correspondence about WireTap was really getting to me, but today I decided to do something about it. What bothered me is that no one ever answered my questions, so I wondered why other people get service but not me. Maybe you've changed your rules. Maybe there is someplace I didn't notice where you have to request that answers be sent to you rather than just posting them. Anyway, I now think that my previous questions might have been answered, but that I was never notified. True, I should have checked, but I had just assumed that I would be told when my question was answered. Anyway, is there someplace I can go to see my previous correspondence?

Click on "My Assistant", its at the right hand side of the light blue bar at the top. "My Controls, View New Posts My Assistant Calendar".
There you can choose to view "My Last 10 Posts".

That worked. Now let me follow up on my original thought: What do I do so that I will be told when someone has answered my inquiry? I do receive notices from time to time that other people's inquiries have been answered, but how about me? How can I receive the same service that others do?

Hello Niku,
When you create a post there's a checkbox that says "Enable e-mail notification" or similar. This option will do as you wish. You should also be able to click the Options for any topic and select Track Topic...which will give you a bunch of options. Hope this helps

Thanks for the information. I would have answered sooner, but I just just saw your reply. That won't happen anymore. Now that you've told me what to do to be notified of replies, the whole process will be speeded up. I just hope that things go as smoothly as you've outlined. Thanks again.
