Just trying to get opinions of what you all think of the newest addition to the geneforge series.
Croikle
I haven't played it yet, but I hear that people really like it, so I'll probably get around to that sometime after my exams are over. I haven't played 2 or 3, but it sounds like that may not be that important to enjoying the game by itself. It should be a fun game, and I'd encourage people to try it out and help support the Mac shareware industry.

I've downloaded the demo and given it a bit of a play. Looks like they've upgraded the engine a fair bit. The story also looks pretty interesting too. I'll definitely consider buying it.

I've played the demo and I've liked it. I might register it, though I didn't buy Geneforge 3, which was the first in the series I down-loaded. 4 has a smoother interface and from what I can tell from the demos it has an impressive variety of game play. With the different factions and different classes, it looks like it might keep me busy for a while. As long as EVN, without plug-in making. You can play through it in different ways. I've got one game with high mechanics and leadership, and another specializing in magic, and they're quite different.

I love the fact that it came out for Mac first!
Celestial Storm
Ah. A new part in the Geneforge er.. world. Have to check it out. smile.gif
