Well, I just borrowed WarCraft 3 from my friend, and I can't install it. I open up the installer, enter the code, click ok, and the program freezes. I suspect IE7 might have something to do with it, as I can't view the tech support info tool, and it tells me it has to do with IE 5 and above. Anyone know what to do?
Thanks.

Here darth, i had this same problem, except i wasnt at the brunt of it. Me and my friend realized, why don't we just go and get warcraft III ourselves? we have $40 to buy the battle pack!
Just cough up the $40 to $60 dollars needed to get the battle pack so you can get TFT too.

What I've found is that if the CD has even the slightest scratch on the bottom, it will be unfit for installing.
It could be worse; my RoC CD has a solid crack (like all the way through the CD about half an inch long from the center.

Guess I'll just buy it then. Should be pretty cheap after 3 years.
