Hi,

I'm running a 2.4 dual core MacBook Pro with 4 GB of Ram and a Dual 2.7 GHz PowerPC G5. I have been using Snapz Pro for about a year now with no issues, last week I updated to the 2.1.1 and now I cannot get video and audio to sync up. I have looked on the forums for help and have tried everything suggested. in my tests i have noticed that no matter what I set my FPS to in the movie capture window it is alway 1 - 2 frames below that when the final movie is created. ie - I set it to 24 the FPS is 22.66. I set it to 15 and the fps is 13.98. The movies that I am capturing are roughly 30min - 50min and roughly 400x300 px. I only have the "Mac audio track" selected when capturing. I have also tried uninstalling the program and reverting back to the previous version, but my audio issue are now appearing in that as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hello photoboy2,
The audio should remain synced even though the framerate shows slightly off. If you have the "smoother" option enabled, try turing it off. You can also try out the forced framerate option. Hope this helps smile.gif
