Let me first start by saying I really like this software, and their support is quite good. I have had some problems but I really dont think they are based within this software. Anyway, I am now syncing and KEEPIng my iToner ringtones but they are removed from my contacts (my wife is "Honey Do" by John Fogerty). I have to edit the contacts to reassign ringtones after each sync. I suspect future iTunes and iPhone upgrades may resolve this problem. Any suggestions for the mean time? Thanks.

Does the phone's screen indicate it is in sync mode all the way through the point where iTunes finishes syncing or does it close out early?

I just tried it this morning and it worked perfectly. Didnt lose anything. Sync worked perfectly. I imagine that it has to do more with iTunes, syncing and the problems associated with such. Everything is evolving.
