Many many years ago I downloaded a demo on my Macintosh for some game that was simliar to Eye of the Beholder. You had a party of characters who had to eat food and drink water, the currency system was divided into bronze, silver, gold, and some other precious metal (similiar to WoW), you could throw items at the shopkeeper and he would summon a guard to kill you, you could refil your bota's at water fountains and store your items in fountains. If I had to guess I would say it came out around 1997, the graphics were a bit advanced for that kind of game and the monsters were actually animated. In the Demo you could go into a dungeon, a forested area, and a shop. I know the game is neither in the eye of the beholder series or the might and magic series. If anyone could even so much as give me the names of games similiar to those it would be greatly appreciated.

Could it be Dungeon Master? Dungeon Master II came out in 1995, so that's probably the one you're talking about. The previous game (and expansion pak) were in 87 and 89. If not, it's a really cool one to check out, anyway. smile.gif
