Is there a safe and good way to move the WireTap Studio library file?

Id rather have it in my audio folder instead of my documents folder.

You sure can! Make sure WireTap Studio is not running, and then move the Library file to the location that you want. Relaunch WireTap Studio, and you'll be presented with a window containing an option to locate the Library file.

Click the "Locate" button, then navigate to and select the Library file in the location you moved it to, and you're good to go.
