Full Version: iToner use with iPhone

I have followed the instructions to the best of my ability.

Song snippets created using Garageband and exported as AAC sound files.

Dropped onto iToner and sync'd with iPhone.

The snippet shows up as a custom ring tone, which I can select and I even hear the preview with I select it as a ring tone.

When I get an incoming phone call - no sound but vibrate works.

I then created a new playlist in iTunes, dragged the sound snippets into this playlist, made sure it was set to sync with my iPhone and sync'd.

When I get an incoming phone call - no sound but vibrate works.

Now I am trying a restore of my iPhone.

What else can I try?

This may sound (pun intended) simplistic, but is the volume turned up? blink.gif

Hello fidious,
Sorry for your frustration. I would make sure you don't already have something assigned to the contact that is calling you. See how the ringtone works when you set it in the Sounds Settings on your iPhone. If it plays there, it should certainly play when a call comes in unless something is already assigned. Feel free to send me your file (help@ambrosiasw.com) to test here as well if needed. Hope this helps smile.gif
