Full Version: iToner Worked Once...and Only Once

Having been a long-time Ambrosia software user, I bought iToner about an hour ago without even trying it out first. I'm glad I tossed a bunch of my favorite ringtones I have collected/created onto my iPhone, because iToner doesn't recognize my iPhone now. I have had to force-quit it twice. It worked beautifully...once.

I tried rebooting, reinstalling iToner, cursing out loud, etc., but nothing works.

Ideas?

Hello Pablo Mac,
Sorry for your frustration. I haven't had good results with the cursing out loud either wink.gif. Please give this a try:

1. Unplug your iPhone if connected.
2. Quit iTunes & iToner.
3. Delete the "iTonerSupport.bundle" file in your Home/Library/iTunes/iTunes Plug-ins folder.
4. Delete the ""iTonerRingtones.plist" & "com.AmbrosiaSW.iToner.plist" files from your Home/Library/Preferences folder.
5. Download iToner from <http://www.ambrosiasw.com/download/download.php?product=iToner&OS=MacOSX> and install by dragging the iToner icon into your Applications folder, replacing the old one.
6. Launch iToner and test it out.

If you are still having problems, open up Console in your Utilities folder. iToner may have written some errors there. If so, please send those along to me with a description of the problem. Hope this helps smile.gif
