Hi,
Longtime happy user of Snapz Pro. I haven't used it much since I upgraded to Leopard, so I'm guessing it might be the culprit, but I noticed that in the compression settings the option of Sorenson 3 as the codec is not there?
It IS there in the Quicktime export dialog boxes, so what happened? Am I missing something obvious here?
Thanks

Hello Trog,
Yah, not sure who made Sorenson disappear, but it looks like they took Cinepak as well. Pretty sure it was the last QuickTime update that did it as I'm not running Leopard on this machine. But I don't see it in the export options for QuickTime Pro?

Edit:
Figured it out. In the Quicktime preferences (in the System Preferences Control panel) Advanced tab you have to check "show legacy encoders". Cinepak, and a few others will reappear. Fortunately this brings Sorenson back to Snapz too. Hurray.
I know Apple loves the H.264, but Sorenson is "legacy" to them now? That seems a bit harsh.
