I'm trying to capture a website on Snapz, import into final cut or After Effects, and then dubbing to a Beta tape for SD broadcast.

Anyone have any experience doing this? I'm having interlace problems as well as fps problems. I seem to always get 10 fps from the Snapz capture and even when I export through Quicktime I get some variable frame rate instead of the 29.97 that i am setting it at.

is this just FCP not reading it correctly or is Snapz incapable of capturing anything other than 10fps?
