I would suggest double checking the songs in your playlist. Protected files can not be used. Do you have the same problem if you move some of these problematic files to the Desktop and then drag them into iToner to sync, versus using iTunes? I did check and i'm not sure what the problem is. the cd ones should be fine as some of the other songs i have from cds have not really sure why it's not sycning. I was able to sync them awhile back on 1.1.3 but now i can't.
