I had to replace my iBook's hard drive, and it's working great. But when I tried to install Snapz (either the 2.1.1 or 2.1.2), it opens, then fades, but won't give me the screen to let me register with option-command-3. It just takes a snapshot of my whole desktop, over and over as I keep trying. So I can't get it working, even though I own it, have a reg code, and paid for movie features.
Help?

Hello Lisa,
Sorry for your frustration. What version of the Mac OS are you using? Please try this:
1. Invoke Snapz and press command-Q to quit Snapz. If you can not invoke Snapz, open the Activity Monitor found in your Utilities folder. Look for a process named "Snapz Pro X", select it, and then select "Quit Process".
2. Remove the Snapz preference file "com.ambrosiasw.snapz.plist" and "Snapz Pro X License", located in the Home/Library/Preferences folder
3. Download the latest version of Snapz from <http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/dl/snapzprox>
4. Install Snapz. It should install over the old version. Launch and try entering your code when prompted.
