A few small requests for improvements to my favorite screenshot utility:
  1. When the "Desktop Icon Preview" is turned off, Snapz Pro is pasting the default icon for the given filetype into its Finder info. This prevents QuickLook from rendering the icon (when "Show Icon Preview" is enabled), and forces me to manually delete the icon from every screenshot I take before it will display correctly in the Finder.

Please make Snapz Pro actually save files with no custom icon when "Desktop Icon Preview" is not enabled. Incidentally, when it *is* enabled, it seems to only successfully create a preview for the first screenshot I take. After that it's back to generic icons that have to be manually removed. It would save me a lot of trouble, not having to keep deleting the icon from every single screenshot I take.

  2. An option to insert the current date and time inserted into the name of files, in addition to (or instead of) the app name and/or prefix.

  3. Ability to save files in any folder, not just "desktop", "pictures" or the subfolders of "Pictures".

I was also going to ask you to add keyboard shortcuts for selecting the screenshot mode, but I just realized this feature is already there (press 1-4 to select mode). Is this documented somewhere?
