Trial and error would be your best bet. There are are many variables to consider such as computer speed, memory, graphics card, source footage, dimensions of the recording and framerate. I'd suggest doing a test at 15 FPS with the H.264 compressor and make your changes accordingly. Hope this helps

Tried that -ended up with half a gig instead, I did one ages ago that was two and a half minutes and only 11meg, I've no idea how i did that!
