Here's something that would help tremendously.

1) I would like to be able to zip my files before uploading to a server.
Also, if more than one file is dragged to Dragster, I'd like the option of zipping all dragged files into one archive.

2) Automatically create a link the the file (if possible), and copy to clipboard. I like the way filechute does this, and it even will create a short url if one wishes, using snipr.

3) allow favorites to sync with mobileme, ala' Transmit

thanks

Almost forgot -

4) also it would be nice to be able to control the number of simultaneous transfers, and have some sort of queue control in the transfer status popup window.

Hello Craig,
Welcome to the forums, and thanks for the great feedback

Aren't (1) and (2) already covered by the OS? Right-click on a file or selected files, hit 'Compress "[Filename]"', no? Granted, it is one extra step, but not a hard one... (of course, I come from a school of thought that says that a program should do one thing, and do it well -- Dragster moves files around, and the system archiver compresses them -- if you need to do both at once, create an AppleScript or something to do it for you)

1) yes of course you can right click and compress - but it's one extra step in what can easily be implemented to save time. You're also left with an archive that you don't need cluttering up your finder. Easy enough to implement, saves time which is the purpose of this app, eh? Otherwise i'd just use transmit.

2) is not covered by the os

I think this is a great idea. I've added it to the Dragster feature request list.
