I hope, that sometime soon, Hot Date will come out for Mac. Why do PC users always get the games first? That's cruddy! I emailed Aspyr and asked, they (John) said "We cannot release any information on that at this time. Sorry."

PC users get stuff first becasue they are the larger market. It takes time and resources to port stuff to Mac, so just be patient.

I didn't even know there was an expansion for The Sims called Hot Date, so I have no comment about it either.

You don't need the Exp Sets to play the third one. You just won't have the items from that Exp Set. But I did here fom somewhere, a rumor, that all the Exp Sets may be included in HD! But, like I said, it's only a rumor.

Hrm...never heard of HD either. I guess the steam is letting out of The Sims finally...and right after I actually managed to get a copy.

I'm very interested in The Sims Online, however...I hope they do a port of that in the future.

The Sims Online is just The Sims... but online. It's like a chat room. You can make your designated Sim say whatever, and a bubble comes up on the 'play screen' that says whatever you typed in. And everyone in that room can see what you said. It's the same 'overhead' view as in The Sims. The graphics, people, etc are the same. Want a screenshot? Here's one. Go to The Sims Online Official Homepage for more details. No word yet about it coming to the greatest computer in the world, the Mac.

Me, I like playing the original Civilization for SNES with SNES9x. It's great fun, and it even has mouse support. I'm in the process of leading the Babylonians in world conquest. Now I just need to push past those damned Egyptians...

The best Sim game is Sim Tower, followed closely by SimAnt. The secret is in the condos.
