I'm having some trouble with Total Annihlation. Every time I open up a save file, after all the little bars load it unexpectedly quits to the finder, with either an error type one or two. This is extremely annoying, and I can almost never finish my games because of this.

I have version 3.1.2b6. Does anyone know what is wrong? I could really use some help.

Maybe you shouldn't be playing a beta version, where'd you get it anyway? I didn't think major gaming houses would like releasing betas to the public, especially if they crash...

I got it off versiontracker... some guy told me it would actually stop the problem with loading save games. Note that nothing much has changed since I updated it a few days ago to this version, just a few minor bug fixes.

The beta is required for play on GR and fixes quite a few bugs. I remember reading that the developer just didn't have time to finish the beta, but it had proven stable so far. As for the problem, I always quit with a type 2 error at the same time when I have file sharing on...
