It worked fine for a while, but then I tried to play yesterday and it just showed a black screen. I force-quit it. I deleted it, took out the CD, turned of my iMac, turned it on, put the CD in again, and tried to re-install. It said it couldn't because there was an "I/O Error: Bad Media?" or something like that. I fiddled with it for a while, but no luck. Yes, file sharing was off. I have never had such a problem before, and I love this game. Can someone please help me so I don't have to send the game back to MacMall.com? Thanks.

I would guess that the CD has somehow been damaged.

That was my one and only theory. I think MacMall will give me a new one if I send it back soon enough...

How could you reinstall if the cd was damaged?

If the web board turns into a good thing, we'll definitely keep it. If it turns into a flame-ridden moderator nightmare, we'll likely disband it instantly

He didn't reinstall it, he tried to.

Problem fixed, there was a small smudge on the CD that I cleaned off very carefully.
