I got the game a week a go. Everything is fine except when I turn to full window mode it crashes. I´m pretty sure I´ve done everything correct...

Whenever a game crashes on me, I just give it more min and preferred memory under the "get info" menu. That tends to fix most crash-related problems....

Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn, maybe?

Flatty is right, though. Boosting memory always helps. Also, make sure that file sharing is off when you play the game, as it can screw some games up.
