When creating an instalation level, how do you get doors to work? How do you turn off floor weapons?

Thanks

Triggers. Lots of work 'though.
(Like "player [x] brings any unit to location [y] --> doodad stage of door [z] at location [y] is toggled")

If you go to the 'help' menu in Staredit, it takes you to a detailed guide on it.

Doors are a lot of work to get right but what ends up happening is that you have a lot of control. You can restrict certain players at certain times, even certain units from passing through.

Floor weapons.....that's a trigger too.

I know its a trigger, but is it toggle that makes it open when you go up to it and close when you leave? Also, is it disable that locks doors, or enable?

Thanks

Toggle will toggle it from what it was initially. If you want to close it when you're through, you'll have to place a second toggle location behind the door. And disable, probably.
