How do I unlock the extra characters? (I have Dr. Mario and Jigglypuff so no need to tell me how to unlock them)

Also, How do I unlock the extra levels (I already have the brainstar level, foursides, and grand prix blue or whatever the heck that place's name is.)

Two answers: the short one, and the long one.

The short one: The official Nintendo site has some tips on how to unlock the characters. Also Game FAQs has some guides on unlocking all the secrets in the game. They would be able to give lots of details as far as unlocking everything goes (and there's a lot!).

The long one (I'll tell you what I know):

There's two ways of unlocking every character and level: a single-player way, and a multi-player way. The multiplayer way consists of playing lots of standard melee matches (you get a new level every 50 or 100 or so). The single-player way consists of things like beating Classic with everyone, beating Adventure with every one, beating the first level of Adventure with a "2" in the units place of the seconds (to get Luigi), or getting over 1000 (maybe 1300) feet with Yoshi in the home run contest. Try things like that, and you'll get everything. There are 25 characters and at least as many levels. This game is huge.

to get mewto start vs mode and have 2 players.just make them stand in front of each other, within 1 in,and let them sit there for 20 hours, tip:do it when u go to bed, then have player 1 walk off the stage ang then go back to the player seclect screen and mewto should be a playble caricter

sounds hard but this is the easyest way to get him

To get Luigi, play Adventure mode, and beat the first level with a 2 in the seconds. For example, 4:32:95. When you fight Peach and Mario, you'll see a cutscene and youll fight Luigi and Peach instead. Beat Adventure mode and fight Luigi again in the end. Then you'll have Luigi.

Yes, but it's even less practical. You have to play something like 2,000 VS. matches.

It's easily the coolest game I've ever played, except for one problem: if I have to hear the theme music one more time, I'll jump out the window.

What are you talking about?! The music in the game is so awesome that I have it on my computer in MP3 format! I'm not sure which theme music you're referring to: the opening FMV music (you can skip that by pressing start or A——you probably already know that), or the menu music. If it's the menu music, I don't know what to tell you. I don't mind it.

Certainly the menu music is awesome, but it gets so amazingly tiresome after the amounts of time I'm given to play Smash Bros. with my friends that I begin to feel insane. I don't know of any music that doesn't get tiresome after an hour or so of repetition, and the menu music is hardly even a full length song, just a loop with many veriations. It also just seems too good for the every day wear and tear.

Just out of curiosity, what's the time rating listed for your name in the game? I don't know mine offhand; I'll post it later because someone is playing Sonic Battle on it right now.
