I personally like the SNES best I played it when I grew up. And I don't know how many hours I played my favourite games. Most of them were child games (hey I were 5!) But the game I liked most must have been Donkey Kong 2 but I remember that I and a friend played Yoshi for 3 months trying to win it, and eventually we did But nothing beats a game of Super Mario, mindless jumping rules! Personally I liked the console war between SEGA vs Nintendo better than PSX vs N64. Because it were quality over quantity back then.

Dreamcast!!! The ONLY console that I ever actually had to own. The graphics, the controller, and above all - the games. Shenmue, Skies of Arcadia, SoulCaliber, Grandia II... all games no one will ever match. And the price!

Second is SNES, because of Zelda and Mario. Super Mario World is second to none.

SNES is the best console ever, no contest. Final Fantasy 3, Ogre Battle, Donkey Kong Country 1 and 3, Super Metroid, Syndicate, Tetris Attack, Zelda... the list of all-time great games goes on and on and on for that system...
second i'd have to say is the Gamecube or the PSX.

hey, just something i noticed: every single major innovation in controllers has been pioneered by nintendo. i cant think of any controller innovation that they didn't come up with...

i didnt really have any qualms about the N64 controller, but the gamecube controller definitely rocks, its the best controller ive ever used! well, first off, he was talking about the xbox controller, but even if he was talking about the SNES controller, your reply still wouldnt make much sense... and that means what? i mean, hell, as long as we're speaking in tongues, try to decipher this beast: Nalye iadhol, huinion! I always thought of the Sega Genesis as the Apple Computer of Console Gaming. Sonic could beat up Mario anyday. SNES was good and had good games but I still will always be as nostalgic as Desert-Rat and love the the true rivalry. The N64 was a great machine and it well in the market. The dreamcast pushed the consoles to a whole new level of pixels and innovation. It did well but I don't know what made Sega to stop producing it. It could have done well until the PS2. I believe the Xbox is the best as of right now...from a well round of game testing...
