Full Version: Just Games celebrates 1-year anniversary!

Or, 1 year and 1 day anniversary, actually, but I didn't have the chance to post this yesterday. In any event, It was the 16th of May, 2001, when this board first opened for business under the care of myself and ArcAngel Counterstrike, with Begemotike and shayborg assuming the remaining two forum leader positions a short time later. Since then we've settled into a pretty good pace, with a fair share of regulars and contributions from members on a variety of game-related topics (over 500 to date). While certainly not the busiest or the most popular of the Ambrosia web boards, we're certainly one of the most pleasant and best-behaved, creating a non-hostile environment that embraces newcomers and veterans alike. Without a doubt, Just Games will continue to prosper (hopefully the newly released Bubble Trouble X will make for some interesting discussion), and we'll have an even greater community in 2003!

No, they're just waiting for you to get a false sense of security before they cut your legs out from under you.
