Peronally, I'm waiting for the inevitable follow-up version that will have extra features and junk.

Looks interesting, might possibly be better than SimCity 2000 (my favorite).

I would love a simcity with more complex simulation, in 3000 it wasn't hard to make big money

I would like to see it run at a reasonable speed on a modern computer. SC3K was impossibly slow when it came to large cities and doing just about anything. It also lacked a terrain editing mode.

I don't have high hopes for the fourth SimCity game. SimCity 2000 is a classic, and was definitely a fantastic game for it's time. I was disappointed by SC3k. It had no improvements other than cosmetic ones, and the load times and overall speed of the game were atrocious, on both the 8500 I played it on originally and the G4 that it's on now.

The city design in the game is so rigid, and it looks the same way in SimCity, although I'm basing that on the limited screenshots. I think that Maxis needs to take a long look at how they make the only city simulator game of it's kind.

I see they've adopted the Sims' control bar.
It looks alright, but compare the transition from 3000 to 4 with Classic to 2000. It doesn't even come close.

The only real problem with SC3000 in my opinion was that it ran too slow on my old computer. I actually liked all the new stuff. Besides, in SC3K I could actually make money, unlike SC2K.
