...is stomping me. I beat every other mission in the game without much trouble at all, and the last mission comes around and just stomps me. I need tips beating it. I HAVE beat it once, but I had to "give" myself 2000 resources which is very shaming. So let the tips flood in.

Try building Ancient Protectors all around the orc base while sending all available units to fortify the humans. While you are holding the undead back, the orcs will become an ultra-fortified army, and when the humans fall, you'll be very prepared. Watch out for meat-wagons, though. You should probably have an army of Huntresses or Gryphons to take them out (I've seen 10 meat-wagons at a time). Use all 3 gold mines. If the orcs fall with about 4 or 5 minutes left, you should be able to survive to the end.

Colonise the 2 other gold mines ASAP, then build about 6 ancients of war. With all that cash, you should be afford to replenish your losses after each attack quickly. Send all your units to defend the humans while you're doing this, and keep sending them units till they all die. Then, do the same with orcs. Ancient Protectors are in my opinion the worst defensive structure in the game.

Everything can be expressed in 2. 2+2 = 5 for extremely large values of 2.

I failed it the first time with two seconds left.

It's pretty easy, basically, if you hold the human base as long as possible. And you need those gold mines.

I agree, but you make do with what you can use. The Orcs and Humans don't rebuild their fortification, so you have to help them if you want them to last longer.
Good point about the Ancients of War.

The key is starting to fortify the next base that is going to be under attack during the phase that is most likely to destroy the once currently under attack. I'd recommend fortifying your own base throughout the entire Orc phase, because you won't have an ally's help in holding off the attacks. Remember that there are two choke points in your base -- fortify them both. If one is less fortified, the attacks will be focused there.
While turtling isn't recommended in multiplayer games, it is here. Build as many AP's as you can. At my base, the AP's were 5 thick at the choke points. I spent most of my money on Dryads, AP's, and resurrecting my heroes. For the major attack waves, case Starfall and the Healing wave that the other hero has. Don't forget to buy potions of invulnerability for your heroes. Particularly for the Priestess of the Moon, so she won't be interrupted when casting Starfall. Aim to keep the undead at bay for 20 minutes at both the humans and the orc bases, and you've got it made. I found the last phase (when they're attacking your base) to be the hardest since you have no ally support.

basically i just ignore the human base, send my heroes and starting troops down there but offer no other assistance. get all the gold mines immediately, its key to victory, you need that gold. then i just started massing wisps, huntresses, and druids of the claw, split the wisps evenly between my base and thrall's to make APs, brought my heroes up from the human base before it got overrun and landmined the whole area, and stuck it out at thrall's base for as long as i could. i also built some AP's back by the circle of power and stuck a few units back there.

Don't go to school to learn that 2+2=4. If you do you're missing the point. Go to school to learn how to add, then figure out that 2+2=4.

When I beat it, I lost both the Orc and Human bases, but I still held my base easily. First, build LOTS of wisps. Build two more Trees of Life(the town hall trees, I forget their names) next to the two town halls. Mine the gold and put about 7 or 8 wisps on trees. Build enough moon wells for 90 food. Build 4 or 5 more ancients of war, and send your heroes to the Orc Base. Put the two heroes and 10 archers into a group(control 1), and 12 huntresses into another command group. Keep making archers and huntresses in the ancients of war, and defend the Orc base. Build lots of moon wells at the orc base to heal your troops too. Your heroes will get to level 10 very quickly. That's how I beat it.
Strange...my brother beat it with all 3 bases intact...
