Avara is the coolest game I have ever played! It really kicks as* and I am so glad that I have a Mac at this moment that it brings tears to my eyes.

Congrats to you. You've created a game that every software publisher should envy. It runs great on my Quadra 605 (with 20MB RAM), which in itself is quite an accomplishment--

What are the coolest features of Avara? Could it be that rockin' world map? Or gamewise, is it the fact that you can make your HECTOR do the Highland Fling? Or designwise, is it that the game scripting is object -

Avara is played almost exclusively online, where you pit your skills against humans, battling with tank-robots called Hectors. Recapturing this fort will probably require a strategy slightly more subtle than barging in the front door.

The word itself is Finnish: literally it means, "wide open spaces." And once you enter into this networkable, 3D environment, you will quickly realize why. Gone are the confines of mazes and predetermined paths of game play.

I cannot say enough about this game, it's such a blast to play! If you have a Macintosh or Mac Emulator, this one's even better than Harry the Handsome Executive or Escape Velocity: Override! Get it now or suffer the wrath of my guided missiles!
