| | I've enjoyed Barrack for some time now. It's only fair that I register it. Unlike so many other videogames, it has held my interest over the long haul.

| | I don't get lured into playing games much anymore, but this one is a real gem. It has hidden depths! Tremendous.

| | The game is like a drug. Barrack is simple, not cyberphantastic 3D. It's a game like Tetris, so you play constantly.

| | This is a fabulous game. I like the idea that there is no shooting. Only isolating. What a nice concept. Keep up the great work.

| | I really enjoy this game a LOT! The idea of confining the figures in a small space reminds me of an old arcade game called QIX.

| | Barrack is a very fun & conceptually different game. At first I felt smug, assuming that my superior spatial perception would give me the edge over my wife. But nooo, inevitably her better hand-eye coordination won out; she kicks my butt so thoroughly I have given up on the game. But I love your products, so here's our 15 bucks. I'm still waiting for you to come out with something I can beat her in, however!

| | I want to say that I enjoy your new game Barrack very much. It has fabulous graphics and a welcome mix of action and strategy.

| | One of my colleagues (an unemployed lawyer) and I (an employed lawyer) have had a running competition on Barrack for about 8 weeks. We figure at $180/hr we have clocked up over $200,000 in lost time on this bloody game.

| | I gotta hand it to you fellows: that BARRACK is so perfectly tuned it is a most enjoyable sport! I really appreciate all the effort that went into working out all the minutia details and probabilities and Gaussian curves that dictate the odds of a ball appearring or moving a certain direction or going at a certain speed... not to mention all those factors for the yummie cakes, and the glass balls and oooze balls ... WOW! What a fine product!

| | Crank up the speakers, this baby is in stereophonic glory, and as Joey Lawrence of television's "Blossom" would say: "Woah!". It will make hours pass by faster than you can say "shirking your reponsibilities".

| | This is one of my favorite Ambrosia game titles because it rewards as much on strategy as it does on reflexes. It's a truly challenging and fun game. Barrack seems familiar, but it has entirely unique gameplay value that will keep you coming back for more.

| | Barrack is a very fun and interesting game. It's unique because I've never seen anything like it before. For this game, you need to use your mind to think things out before you make a move.

|
| | Barrack is a great game to play while you're preoccupied with something else. I have found it is very fun when played while on the phone (as long as the person you're talking to doesn't mind an occasional interjection).

Inside Mac Games
|
| | Barrack is a fast, furious and almost perfect combination of adrenalin-induced rush and strategic thinking.
 - Inside Mac Games, April 1996 |
| | The object seems simple enough: isolate the balls on the playing field. But the balls have personalities, and they aren't necessarily the type of personalities you want to meet at your local community center. There are other tricks and traps involved in this addictive game.

| | In Barrack, balls merrily bounce around the screen, while you operate a mouse controlled laser gun. So you have to shoot the balls, right? Wrong! In a shock departure from all known arcade game rules, you don't shoot them - in fact, the whole point of the game is not to shoot them.

|
| | The feeling you get from playing Barrack is an eccentric harmony between the automatic pleasure of Tetris and the kind of action found in Maelstrom. The result is that you'll be left with sweat on your brow.
