The EV Survival Guide is, well, a survival guide for EV. It provides tips for new players of EV, hopefully letting them live longer. It gives the pros and cons of all 4 typical paths to choose in EV: ConFed, Rebel, Pirate/Merc, or Trader. It also lets you know what ships are best for which task, and what you should do to be the best at what you do.

This site provides basic data, stats, and technical information on the ships, equipment, and missions in Escape Velocity 1.0.5. It will help the newer EV player compare vessels, weapons, and outfits, and guide them through the various mission strings. Novice plug-in developers will also find the site useful. The website is currently being rebuilt at a new server missions are nearly complete, and will be followed by ships and equipment/weapons. When all is done, an announcement will be made on the Newswire.

| | Talon
Talon (the organization) is a group of galactic peacekeepers, who are nonpartisan in the civil war and aim only to keep the galaxy safe for civilians. Talon High Command is located in the newly discovered Varsis solar system, located between the Core Worlds and Rebel space. Once you install Talon you will notice new systems, with new warships patrolling them, and be offered new combat and freight missions. Talon's missions all follow the standard mission structure that EV uses for both the Confederation and Rebellion, with a freight mission first, then a large mission set, then a major mission set, with minor missions sprinkled in between. Talon also adds a few new objects to familiar systems in Escape Velocity, such as Rigel Stardock and the Fringe Research Base.

Anyone with a site pertaining to EV or EVO is welcome to join there aren't many requirements. Just sign up, put the table on your site, and voila, you're in.
