Small plug-in that adds one purchasable ship, the UE Missile Frigate, a modification of the standard UE Destroyer that makes better use of hunter missiles and adds a little diversity to the UE line-up. Also adds one person whom you should all recognize, and makes EVO's greatest challenge even more challenging. By astro.

The Docks, the new ship editor for EVO. Enables TOTAL editing of ships in EVO, including easy access to flags and the new features added in EVO 1.0.2. Allows the creation of floating ID lists for Weapons, Outfits and Governments. Edit Sprites, other images, descriptions, names and parameters. The Docks auto calculates sprite sizes. Load pictures normally or from a resource file containing PICT resources (like another plug in). Very clean interface, tabable fields, balloon help. A lovely program to use. Download this for all your ship editing needs. Written by Kane O'Donnell.

This is the latest verion of QuickJump, before there were some problems when using this plug with other plugs, this shouldnt happen now unless they share the same resource number . This plug simply adds an outfit that decreases the number of days required to make a hyperspace jump by a maximum of 10 and to a minimum of one.

Which is better? The UE cruiser? The Igazra? Or perhaps even the Voinian Cruiser? This and many other questions are not answered, but this guide gives you all the numbers and analysis to help you figure out for yourself whats the best ship for you. This version includes corrections, plus new data to pull it in line with the changes in EVO 1.0.1.

Heres a little plug-in that I put together to make dominating planets less tedious. I prefer short, violent battles to long tedious ones, so I changed the defense fleet params for all of the worlds to send a single wave of 38 ships at once! If you want one gloriously big, brief, battle, with maximum violence, this is the plug-in for you!

Chronicles by Jake101 is a collection of the stories by Jake101. All his work has been edited to a common format and spell checked, hopefully making some things clearer. It also includes a number of chapters that haven't yet been released on the chronicles: chapter two of UE Fighter, and chapters 10 and 11 of Jade's Return. By Talos of Bacchus Freeware.

This is a complete map of Overrides missions and the relationships between them, in the form of a huge GIF image (3838 x 2164 pixels, although the file is only 123K since its BW with some large blank areas). Explanation of the map symbols is in the lower right corner.

This is the EVO 1.0.2 Bible broken up into SimpleText documents. I find it easier than scrolling through the whole thing looking for a particular section. Hopefully someone will get some use out of it.

Written as one of the most ambitious plug-ins for Escape Velocity or Override to date, and set in a totally new, totally coherent science-fiction universe, the Frozen Heart was 14 months in development and features all new ships, systems, planets, governments, outfits, missions and weapons, plus a slew of QuickTime movie footage. Sharp, stylish writing and crisp, detailed all new graphics, plus many previously unencountered features combine with a tautly constructed plot to provide a level of game-play which is simply one step beyond.

An excellent PDF version of the Override Bible for plug-developers. This version is fully bookmarked and has the changes from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2 highlighted. Highly recommended for plug-in developers easy to read, print out, and search through.

Jasta Hela - briefly encountered in the hugely popular Frozen Heart for Escape Velocity Override - is back with her own adventure. Discovered helpless and drifting in a human death-trap, Jasta Hela recovers only to learn that sinister forces have wiped her memories clean. Out there - in the galactic heart and on the galactic rim - lie the answers to her true identity. Along with swift death for the unwary. Pre-reviewed by critical players as better than Frozen Heart, Femme Fatale is the first plug-in to feature a female lead, introduces new twists on the EVO engine, introduces new hazards, new outfits, new ships, new enemies, has a deeply sinister sound-track, AND, its a thumping good game.

Peter Cartwright and Ambrosia Software, Inc. have worked together to bring you almost all the original 3D designs used to create the graphics for EV: Override. This includes the models for planets, stations, ships, weapons, outfit items, and so on. They are all Infini-D format, because that's what was used to make them. If anyone knows how to, and cares to take the time to, convert them to another format (even assuming that's necessary, I'm not familiar with many 3D packages), they are free to distribute them in that format, as long as it is distributed as a complete package with this documentation.
