Blue Tint...still

I don't use the software often, mainly because when I do, the capture has a pronounced blue tint to it. The capture looks fine. The preview while saving looks fine. Final file plays back with the blue. Tried submitting a Support Request and sending an email, both seem to have failed. Running Mac OS 10.10.5, SnapzPro X 2.6.1 on a MacPro 3,1 with Radeon 5770 and Nvidia GT8800. Problem occurs on other machines in our office too with different configurations.

Re:

HELP!!

I updated to 10.13 and SnapZPro 2 X will not save movies. I'm using version 2.6.0, build 22113. It starts, lets me specify the area and when I press return I can run my (for example) you tube movie and then when complete, I press my key combination again and nothing happens! When I press the key combination again - my system beeps like it doesn't understand what the combination is! If I re-launch SnapZ Pro 2 X, it starts up like it hasn't been running. How can I look to see if it is crashing?

It operates as a screen capture or Object selection, but not movies.

Can't capture flyout menus

I used to be able to capture dropdown and flyout menus, specifically in InDesign, by using the "Objects…" option. This no longer works, in fact, all palettes and toolbars disappear when I select the "Objects…" option. I have found that I can capture them using the "Selection…" option. That's better than nothing, but requires me to go into Photoshop to edit out the extraneous areas around the menus when more than one menu level is showing. While I can live with it, it is causing me more work than I'm used to when using SnapzPro X. Any chance of returning that functionality?

Thanks - it's working great!!

Just downloaded and installed a short time ago and it's working perfectly. The few bugs I was aware of are gone.

SnapzPro 2.6.1

It isn't working for me at all on Sierra, It appears in my Applications folder but when I try to open it, nothing happens. The creation date on the version I have is Sat, Sep 3, 2016 at 1:19 PM, but the Press Release announcing Sierra compatibility is dated Oct 18, suggesting changes after Sep 3. Is there a later version?

SnapzPro 2.6.1

The installer for 2.6.1 contains different release notes than noted above. It incorrectly states:

Changes/enhancements
Snapz Pro X 2.6.1 features the following changes/enhancements:
-- Fixed the 'kext' to be signed and work properly with OS X Yosemite
-- Added multiple fixes for Yosemite support
-- Fixed the multiple screen support in Mavericks and Yosemite
-- Numerous bug fixes and enhancements

This may mislead/confuse users that downloaded it from 3rd party software update sites and are looking for Sierra specific fixes.
