Ambrosia Updates Dragster File Transfer Utility, Adds Media Sharing

ROCHESTER, New York -- February 2, 2010 -- Ambrosia Software, Inc. today announced the release of Dragster 1.1.0, a major update to its convenient and configurable file transferring utility. The new version is now compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 "Snow Leopard" and is also a 64-bit universal binary.

Dragster lets you quickly and easily send files to remote servers via numerous protocols, and to people via email, Bluetooth & Instant Messaging. The new version adds media sharing capabilities, so you can send pictures and videos to Flickr, Picasa, and YouTube with just a simple drag and drop.

Dragster 1.1.0 includes the following changes/improvements:

• New destinations: Bluetooth, iChat, Flickr, Picasa Web Albums, and YouTube
• New file browser for Server & iDisk destinations
• New HUD style menu to match the Snow Leopard UI
• New option to put URLs of uploaded files on clipboard, and copy them from your transfer history
• Dragster now 64-bit universal binary
• Improved the speed and responsiveness of file transfers
• Ability to hide unused destinations or shortcuts
• Numerous other bug fixes and enhancements
