Like cart machines in broadcast radio studios, Soundboard provides a simple way to enhance your podcasts or broadcasts with sound clips, effects, or musical accompaniment.
We're currently working to make Soundboard even better. The future 2.0 release will bring several new features, and some fantastic UI refinements. When you need to put on the brakes, a configurable ducking level and Pause All control will come in handy. Organizing your audio should be a snap, so we've also added the ability to move sounds to and from each Soundboard by simply dragging to a different tab. View the gallery below for more!

How soon is very soon ?
Hope it is very soon
Thanks

We're wrapping up testing on the Final Candidate version of Soundboard 2 this week. The upgrade should be available very soon!
almost half a year in beta?
I really enjoy using the product and would welcome things like a pausefunction and just general stability fixes. an on click fade would be nifty to.
But are you still working on this product or is it abandonware?
Waiting to purchase and hoping that mono sounds will play over both channels, not just left.
I'd like to see an option where if I hit a key to play a new sound, it stops the old sound from playing just like the 360 Systems "Instant Replay" machine...
I'm desperate to get the ability to pause long clips and resume where I left off. It really limits the usefulness and it's so close to perfect for my shows...

Our QA team is working to squash one more bug before Soundboard 2 is granted GM status. That stage is the last phase of testing before release.
