Follow these guidelines when using the Ambrosia Software, Inc. Forums. Failure to do so may result in your account being revoked.

General Guidelines

When you open an account, take a few days to read the various forums and get to know how they operate before posting. Read the FAQs and pinned topics on each board. These contain most of the questions you might have when you start out. Many of your questions may have already been answered. Please use the search feature.

The forums are archived and thousands of people view them each day. Be considerate in your posting as anyone can access what you write immediately and for a long time to come.

Moderators maintain and determine what is appropriate for the forums. They are not employed by, contractually obligated to nor do they speak for Ambrosia Software, Inc. You may contact the moderators to report content which does not follow the guidelines or which you find inappropriate.

The content of a post is the property of its author. Ambrosia Software, Inc., and its moderators are not responsible for the posting of this content.

The forums have members from all over the world, many walks of life and they speak many languages. Remember this when reading and responding to posts.

Posting Guidelines

  1. In most cases, posts should be relevant to the topic.
  2. Harassing messages, images and avatars (including sexual or ethnic harassment) are not acceptable and may have legal implications.
  3. Spamming, IP spoofing, forgeries, and trolling are not appropriate behavior.
  4. Forums such as Help on The Way, Just Tech and Utility Central are primarily for asking and answering questions. If your post doesn t ask a question or answer the question, you probably shouldn't hit the submit button.
  5. No images in your signatures.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a warning level increase (see the blue boxes under your account information). You may become unable to post or your account may be suspended, banned or deleted. This is not an all-inclusive list of infractions; moderators and administrators have wide discretion in maintaining the forums.

Take these guidelines into consideration and you will become part of a great and storied internet community. We hope you stick around and have a wonderful time!
