How do I change the User ID or name on my license code?

It is our policy to only change the User ID if an error was made when the order was placed. We will not change a User ID for any other reason.

For individuals, the User ID will be name on the credit card used for the purchase. Businesses and schools are provided a User ID composed of their company name and department. If you require or prefer something different, please contact us.
