My License Code is invalid, what is wrong?

Your License Code is based on the name used to purchase it, so be sure you are entering your Licensee Name/User ID exactly as it appears in your registration confirmation email. Try copying and pasting the information from the email you received into the registration application. If you still have a problem with your License Code not working, please contact our Support Team.
