What is Ambrosia's refund policy?

The only refunds Ambrosia will process are for duplicate orders. If you have received a duplicate charge, please fax a copy of the charge statement to 585.325.3665 Attn: Refund Processing. Once you have faxed your statement, please email Ambrosia refunds explaining the situation. Please include the name on the credit card, the name the order was placed under, and your order ID number. When your refund is processed you can expect to receive an email confirmation stating so.

We do offer a free trial period for all of our software. Please take advantage of this trial period before purchasing to ensure the product does what you want and works on your System.
