I am having problems with GooBall not described in this FAQ - what can I do?

Be sure you have the latest version of GooBall - 1.0.2.

Go to the GooBall folder and select the application icon by clicking on it one time, then go to the File menu to Get Info. If it is any version prior to 1.0.2, download the latest version.

Before launching the update, throw out the preferences for GooBall. Go to your Home/Library/Preferences folder and drag the com.ambrosiasw.gooball.plist file to the trash. Then launch the game.
