Why does Aki not display correctly on the retina display?

Aki must be opened in at  a lower resolution in order for it to be displayed correctly on computers with the high resolution retina displays. Quit Aki and do the following:

1. Locate Aki in your /Applications folder
2. Select it and press ⌘-I or choose Get Info from the File menu
3. Enable the Open in Low Resolution option
4. Launch Aki, which should now display correctly

If you are running OS X Mountain Lion (10.8), Aki may need to be played in a window. Some of the menu options may not be visible when in full screen mode. You can easily toggle full screen mode by pressing ⌘-F on your keyboard.
