Is the Mac version of Aquaria the same as the Windows version?

The Mac version is a more or less a direct port of the PC version of Aquaria. However it does add some great improvements such as wide screen support, a new world map system complete with progress recording, location names, user-created markers and beacons, improvements to the cooking system, changes to make puzzles more intuitive, additional graphics, auto updates, and a built-in help system.
