For complete instructions, read the "Coldstone Documentation" in the Documentation folder inside the Coldstone folder before you start. Everything you need to know in order to begin using Coldstone can be found right there.
For those who hate to read documentation, here's a quick rundown of the controls. Move left - keypad 4, move right - keypad 6, up - keypad 8, down/duck - keypad 5, run - shift key, jump/swim - option key, use spell/item - command key, select previous item - keypad 7, select next item - keypad 8. All of these keys can be changed from the Preferences option at the main menu.
