How do I set a default font or style for my envelopes?

EasyEnvelopes has a default style of Helvetica 12pt which cannot be changed. However, any font or style changes that you make to an address will "stick" and carry over to the next address. The same applies to changes made in the mailing list mode. This will effectively accomplish the same as setting a default font or style.
