Why is the print dialog box stuck on my screen?

We are aware of this issue affecting a small number of Snow Leopard users. Unfortunately a fix would require more time and resources than expected, therefore no fix is planned at this time. Currently there are no known workarounds. We hope to tackle the issue at some point in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience.
